Q: What types of trips do you specialize in?

A: We specialize in all inclusive resort and cruise destination weddings, honeymoons, bachelorette and adult only getaways.

Q: Do you only book all-inclusive resorts and cruises?

A: Although those are out specialty, I can help with any trip that is on your wish list!

Q: What’s the difference between using you and booking online myself?

A: Although you can absolutely book any trip yourself, you will never have the personalized and crafted experience that a Travel Advisor can do you for you. For example, saving you hours of going into a google worm hole. 

Q: How does the destination wedding planning process work with you?

A: Congrats! First you will fill out our inquiry form and schedule a complimentary consultation with us. If you choose to hire me, then a planning fee will be due. We handle everything from finding the perfect resort to handling guests accommodations, transfers and more. 

Q: Do you charge planning fees, and what do they cover?

A: I do charge a planning fee that goes for my time in research, planning and handling everything from the start of planning until after you get home from your trip. The reason we charge a planning fee is because if you were to for any reason not book with me or cancel your trip.. I don't get paid so this covers for my time. 

Q: Can my guests book their rooms through you for the wedding?

A: Absolutely and it's recommended as many resorts require your guests to book within your room block (which i also take care of for you :)).

Q: Do you help plan honeymoons or just the wedding itself?

A: I can absolutely help you with your honeymoon!

Q: Do you plan bachelorette getaways too? How far in advance should we start?

A: YES!!! That is why we are called Beyond the Wedding. We book anything and everything beyond the wedding itself. Rule of thumb is 6 months to inform your guests so they can start planning and saving up.

Q: What if I already booked my trip but need help organizing everything?

A: Depends on what you need! Are you looking to book excursions, extra's travel protection? There's many things we can do but also many things that we cannot do. 

Q: Can you work with my airline or hotel points, or is that separate?

A: As we are unable to book your trip with your points and rewards, we do offer an Itinerary Builder service where you give me the details and I give you the exact itinerary on how you will be able to spread your points out to the fullest.
